Every year, Kylie throws the biggest and best birthday parties. This year's was called the Skate & Scoot Party. It was cowboy themed (meaning everyone had to come in costume). Kylie of course had everything from chaps to a cowbell necklace to a stick pony. We started by roller skating and ended on a pub crawl. Only Kylie could convince 40+ people to dress up and walk down one of Portland's hippest streets.
